Terms of Use

LiveAndU is a live call-in show with a topic for the day: a cricket match, an hour of film songs, anything. Viewers call what happens next, A or B. Members call in with 45 seconds and an AI host answers them. These terms are the agreement between you and us, written to be read.

1. What this is, and what it is not

A question has two sides and a timer. You pick one. When the answer is known, the people who called it get a point. It is free to play, free to watch, and there are no prizes. Points are bragging rights and nothing else. Nothing here is a bet, a wager, a lottery, a sweepstakes, or a contest for anything of value, and we will never take money for a prediction or pay money for one.

We do not show a broadcast. A match or a film is on your television or your own subscription. Any video in a box is a board's, label's, studio's or broadcaster's own public upload, played from YouTube in YouTube's player, and nothing is copied to this site.

2. The host is an AI

The host, called ChamaKa, is a computer program. She says so. She answers callers by name, reads comments when the line is long, writes questions, and holds back takes that break these terms. It only knows the facts of the show the studio types in; it does not watch anything. It can be wrong, and it never gives betting advice.

3. Members and calling in

A member is a person who verified a mobile number and chose a name. You must be 18 to become a member. When you call in, you record up to 45 seconds. Your words are yours and your responsibility. They go on air in the show, appear as text, and are kept for two days, then deleted. By calling in you give us permission to play, transcribe, display, and have the host read your take on this site for that time.

Do not record anyone but yourself, and do not play music or a broadcast into the microphone.

4. What is never allowed

• Abuse, slurs, threats, harassment, or sexual content.
• Anyone's phone number, address, or private details, yours included.
• Betting: odds, tips, or the name of anywhere to bet.
• Match footage, film clips, broadcast audio, or anything you do not own or have the right to use.
• Pretending to be a player, a board, a broadcaster, or us.

The host holds a take that breaks these; the studio looks at it and it airs or it goes. Repeat it and your membership ends.

5. Copyright complaints

If something here uses your work without permission, write to the designated agent below. Tell us what was posted, where, and how to reach you. We act on valid notices promptly and remove repeat infringers.

6. Viewers: no account, one call per question

You can watch and make your call without an account. One call per question per device, and it cannot be changed.

7. How long things stay up

A question and its calls stay for a week after it closes, so the scores can be seen, then everything about it is deleted. A recording is deleted after two days. Your name and your points stay while you are a member.

8. What we do not promise

The site is provided as it is. It may be down, slow, or wrong. The host may misunderstand you. Scores may be corrected. We are not responsible for what members say.

9. Ending it

You can stop at any time. We can end a membership or remove anything that breaks these terms.

10. Changes and reaching us
